Expo Introduction

As a global factory, the Chinese manufacturing industry has an economy-driven foundation function and is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Achieving the integration of digital technology and the real economy through digital transformation is a self-help for manufacturing powers, and it is also a necessary topic for promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.

In the process of digital transformation, the manufacturing industry faces difficulties in self-awareness, promotion, and implementation due to the asymmetry of supply and demand information, which is one of the key reasons. Enterprises find it difficult to accurately position and communicate their transformation needs, while suppliers struggle to provide tangible results and demonstrate differentiation, leading to difficulties in selecting solutions.

Manufacturing Digitalization Expo (Shanghai), abbreviated as the 'MD Expo', invited suppliers of products, technology, system solutions and service for the digitalization of the manufacturing industry, as well as decision makers, people in charge and participants in the digitalization process of enterprises to meet in Shanghai in March 2025 — 'Showcase a trillion new blue ocean, see cutting-edge technology, promote digital transformation, and improve new-quality productivity'.
